Delivery and Returns
To make life easier for our customers we offer a variety of delivery options:
- Standard - This is often via Royal Mail (signed for) and covers the majority of our items. For heavier or multiple items we often send with UPS as it works out cheaper than sending bulkier packages with Royal Mail.
- Collection - Selecting this method will mean your order will be stored here until you wish to collect
- Club/group Delivery - This method is ideal for people who are not in a rush for their orders. With just a £2 charge your order will be sent along with other items ordered by the same organisation to a designated contact at your organisation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE PRINT AND PERSONALISE ALL PRODUCTS TO ORDER; AND AS SUCH NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE STOCKED.
WE TRY OUT UP MOST TO DISPATCH ITEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IN MOST CASES THIS IS WITHIN 7-10 WORKING DAYS, OFTEN SOONER. SOMETIMES DELAYS MAY ARISE DUE TO DELIVERY FROM OUR SUPPLIERS, BUT WE TRY TO KEEP YOU UPDATED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AS TO THE DEVELOPMENTS OF YOUR ORDER.
Returns:
We are happy to exchange or refund unpersonalised items on receipt of return if you notify us within 14 days or receiving your order.
Personalised items cannot be returned due to their personalisation.
The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery for the return and may be asked to pay the delivery cost of sending the replacement item if an exchange is requested.
Please include your order info and a note with the details of the return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
We recommend that any items sent back to us are sent using recorded delivery to help ensure they arrive back to us safely and securely; as we cannot accept any responsibility of items that are being sent back to us until they are received.
